The Anchor Centre is a “Wet” centre for street drinkers. Inclusion formed a partnership in 2003 with the Probation Trust to run the Anchor Centre after having identified that many homeless patients and those who were in treatment with the criminal justice drugs team were accessing the Anchor Centre during the day.
This service also includes Housing advice, including referrals to emergency and longer term housing, pre-tenancy support. Weekly GP surgery Thursday pm. IT classes and general activities programme. Lounge, coffee bar, TV. Phone, computers and internet access, showers, clothing store.
