Dr Anna Hiley as Chief Executive Officer & Dr Emily Dibdin and Wayne Henderson as Executive Directors, run the business with the full support of business, clinical, data quality and administration teams.


Dr Anna Hiley
Chief Executive Officer

First registered as a medical practitioner in Leicester in 1999. After working within Primary Heathcare provider Homeless Healthcare for several years ,Dr Hiley became Medical Director of Inclusion Healthcare in September 2010.

Dr Judith Maxwell
Part-time GP
Dr Judith Maxwell joined September 2012 as a part time GP
Dr Edward Orsi
Part-time General Practitioner

Dr Orsi qualified from Leicester University in 2009 and was Inclusion Healthcare’s first GP registrar in April 2013. Having completed his GP training in 2014, Dr Orsi has returned to work with the service. As part of his role he also works with the substance misuse teams at HMP Leicester and CJDT.


Tracy Pollard
Nurse Manager
Registered General Nurse who specialised in Orthopaedic Nursing initially, studied at degree level as a mature student graduating in 1999. Following this worked in various services with drug and alcohol clients culminating in eight years with the Leicestershire Community Drug Team as a case manager and Harm Reduction Nurse until January 2011
Daiva Bifuclo
DMU Diploma of Higher Education, Nursing (Adult branch) Degree in Religious Science.
Practice Nurse

Daiva having newly qualified from DMU in December 2012 is currently a Practice Nurse at our asylum seeker practice, Assist. Daiva previously worked as a Health Care Assistant from 2006- 2009 and prior to that she was a RE teacher In Lithuania Languages : Lithuanian and Russian

Reena Patel
Health Support Worker
Reena started working with Homeless Healthcare in a temporary capacity in 2010 and joined the Inclusion Healthcare Team on 1st September 2010. After 18 months performing adminstrative duties Reena has untaken training to become Health Support Worker. Reena is the Inclusion Healthcare, Patient Participation Group co-ordinator, and also provides our advocacy service.
Samantha Kind-Farrell
BSc Health Related Studies
Primary Care Plus Nurse

Sam qualified as a registered nurse in October 2005 and then specialised in A&E until 2012. She then worked in custody nursing form 2012 until 2014, working with young offenders. Sam joined Inclusion in April 2014.

Deborah Brunger
Post Graduate Certificate in Managing Health and Social Care 2002
Practice Manager

Deborah joined inclusion in 2012 as a temporary receptionist and became Assistant Practice Manager in October 2013. She has worked in GP practice for 14 years.

Deborah took over as the  Patient Participation Group Chair in 2013.


Salma Seedat
Assistant Practice Manager

Salma has worked for Homeless Healthcare since July 2007 and joined Inclusion Healthcare on 1st September 2010. Since her joining she has progressed within the organisation from Administrator to Senior Administrator to her current role of Assistant Practice Manger based at Assist.

Daksha Rahod
Assistant Practice Manager

Daksha joined the team in March 2013 since her joining she has progressed within the organisation from  Senior Administrator to her current role of Assistant Practice Manger based at Charles Berry House

Hannah Templeman-Pick
HR Lead

Joined IH in April 2014 and set up the HR function for the practice. Hannah is an Associate member of the CIPD.


Rupal Vagani
Financial Assistant

Rupal joined Inclusion Healthcare in April 2012. Rupal is a Finance Assistant.

Julie Statham
Financial Accountant

Julie joined Inclusion Healthcare in August 2014 and has over 10 years of accounting experience within various commercial and charity sectors.



Wayne Henderson
Specialist Substance Misuse Nurse & Director of Specialist Services
Wayne qualified as a Mental Health Nurse in 1997, working for 5 years on an Acute Psychiatric ward in Leicester.  From here he moved into the field of substance misuse joining the Community Drug Team where he worked initially as a generic Drug Worker, before becoming the Shared Care worker for the Homeless Primary Health Care service.   He has and continues to work with alcohol and Drug misusers, within the Homeless population and Criminal Justice system.
Dr Adam Griffiths
Primary Care Director

Adam joined Inclusion Healthcare in early 2017 as a locum GP at Assist. In October 2017 Adam became the Primary Care Director replacing Dr Emily Dibdin. Dr Adam Griffiths has a wide range of medical knowledge but has focused the past two years on working in areas of deprivation and with more vulnerable patient groups.
